- No backing out/cancelling of orders after confirmation of orders. You will be blacklisted.

- No dead buyers allowed. Dead buyers = BLACKLISTED

- Sprees arrival will take about 5 - 10 weeks starting from the time of orders sent. Therefore, join only if you can wait.

- For sprees conducted, in the event of bad response, I reserves the right to cancel sprees. Full amount will be refunded to you.

- I am not liable for any mistake made by the buyer or the supplier. So please double-check your orders.

- I am not responsible for any lost mails or defects in the items. The supplier and I will ensure the items are in top condition before they are sent out.

- Very rare, but should there be any case of supplier runaway, I am not responsible as we will be affected together.

- Sprees’ payments via POSB bank transfer only.

- Instocks’ payment via POSB bank transfer or Meetups.

- No payment = No order

- Payments are to be made within 3 days after confirmation, otherwise order will be cancelled.

- I reserves the right to change the T&C without prior notice.
